Arabia Group in cooperation with the New Urban Communities Authority of Egypt have finally announced the launch of its long awaited development in one of the most sought after locations in 6 October - Madinat A'Shamss.
LOCATION
Sun Capital will be developed on a 556-acre land plot situated within 15 minutes from the Great Pyramids, the new Egyptian Grand Museum and the Mall of Egypt.
MASTER PLAN

The remaining 60% residential area will include approximately 12,000 units to be developed over 6 phases. A range of units are offered including apartments, duplexes, penthouses, and standalone villas.
