Capital Gardens is developed by Palm Hills Developments and lies within the larger mixed-use development Sarai - New Cairo. Sarai is a unique concept built development on 5.5 million sqm in the east of Cairo. LOCATION
Capital Gardens lies next to Madinaty on the Cairo-Suez road. It is only a 25-minute drive from Cairo International Airport and 20 minutes from the Fifth Settlement. It also lies in close proximity to Egypt’s new administrative capital.
MASTER PLAN
Egypt’s most prominent architect Shehab Mazhar designed Capital Gardens ensuring a modern styled design which utilizes the natural surrounding environment.
