Marakez Egypt - Fawaz Alhokair Group, the developers of Mall of Arabia and AEON in West Cairo, have announced the launch of their newest development in New Cairo - District Five.
District Five is a 200-acre mixed use development which is part of a 4,000-acre extension to New Cairo. Marakez is one of the very first developers to acquire a land plot in this New Cairo extension.
LOCATION
District 5 is easily accessible from the ring road (7 km away). It also lies 19 minutes from Cairo International Airport, 13 minutes from Maadi, and less than 10 minutes away from Katameya Heights, AUC and ROAD 90. Two parallel flyovers are planned to link District 5 to the heart of New Cairo.
