Marakez Egypt - Fawaz Alhokair Group, the developers of Mall of Arabia and AEON in West Cairo, have announced the launch of their newest development in New Cairo - District Five. 

District Five is a 200-acre mixed use development which is part of a 4,000-acre extension to New Cairo. Marakez is one of the very first developers to acquire a land plot in this New Cairo extension.
